This 100% office-based role requires 3–4 years in nonprofit digital marketing, strong design and storytelling skills, and a passion for the arts. Collaborative teamwork and evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 3–4 years managing social media and digital campaigns for nonprofit/brand.
• Strong content creation skills: graphics, photography, video, copywriting.
• Experience with analytics, reporting, and marketing performance metrics.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand awareness and event attendance.
• Create content across formats: posts, graphics, photography, video, email communications.
• Manage and grow the Foundation's digital presence across brands and initiatives.
• Capture live content from performances and events, including evenings/weekends.
• Support email marketing campaigns with content creation and asset development.
• Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance to drive engagement and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to meet marketing goals.
• Stay informed on digital trends to enhance audience engagement.
