Job summary

The Case Foundation is seeking a Digital Marketing and Communications Senior Associate to advance the Foundation’s online presence and thought leadership. The role involves coordinating content across website, email, and social channels, and partnering with leadership to drive engagement with diverse audiences.

You will craft articles and blogs, manage editorial calendars, run social campaigns, and optimize digital outreach through analytics.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging social networking and other online tools.
• Ability to communicate with external partners and internal teams.
• Flexible, collaborative, and proactive work style.
• Knowledge of HTML and WordPress preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of the Foundation’s communications strategy.
• Develop content (articles, blogs, op-eds) aligned with key interests.
• Maintain the editorial calendar and ensure timely publishing.
• Represent the Foundation on social media platforms.
• Create social content plans and campaigns with the team.
• Manage online ad buys across Twitter, Facebook, Google Ads.
• Lead email marketing strategy and content with leadership.
• Track trends and measure impact of online engagement.
• Review analytics to improve reach and ROI.
• Prepare materials for executives’ speaking appearances.
