Job summary

Ronald Gardenswartz JCC of Greater Albuquerque is seeking a Director of Arts, Culture and Education (ACE) to manage the ACE Department’s daily operations and programming. The role involves executing existing programs, generating new ideas, and coordinating events such as Book Fest, Bagel & Jazz, performing arts, film series, and community celebrations.

The Director will track reservations and payments, prepare setup diagrams, collaborate with Marketing, and report to the JCC CEO.

Qualifications

• Passion for creative community programming incorporating visual and performing arts.
• Develops and implements ACE Department programs including book fest, Bagel & Jazz, art and educational classes, lectures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily ACE department operations.
• Execute existing cultural programs and create new ideas.
• Plan and run events (Book Fest, Author Events, Performing Arts, film series, community events).
• Prepare facility setup diagrams and coordinate with Marketing for promotion.
