Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 2 years of administrative support, development, fundraising, alumni relations, communications or related field.
• Experience planning, coordinating and executing events or engagement activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead division-wide signature events planning and execution across the Arts Division.
• Support donor stewardship, cultivation and engagement through communications and reports.
• Develop stewardship materials and donor-facing communications; coordinate with units and Advancement colleagues.
• Maintain accurate constituent records and support reporting, CRM usage and data quality.
