Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a MAC Specialty Artist to maximize MAC brand sales by engaging guests, assessing needs, and guiding purchases. You will perform makeup demonstrations, provide skincare analyses, and maintain MAC brand standards while supporting the store and Experience Manager.

Role requires professional makeup artistry skills, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge. Flexible schedule includes days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• Strong sales and service skills with guest focus.
• Excellent product knowledge of MAC and beauty categories.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed MAC brand sales and service goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests and a growing client base.
• Provide personalized makeup applications and lessons to guests.
• Stay informed on brand promotions, trends, and product knowledge.
• Assist in store events and demonstrations, maintaining brand standards.
• Adhere to store policies, dress code, and hygiene standards.
