Theatre Aspen seeks a full-time Artistic Associate & Board Coordinator, based in New York City or Aspen, CO. The role provides executive support to leadership, coordinates board activities, and assists across artistic planning and production support.

The position requires flexibility for travel between Aspen and New York and time-zone coordination. Ideal candidates are passionate about theatre, with experience in both commercial and nonprofit spheres, and a willingness to learn on the job.

Qualifications

• Experience providing executive support to senior leadership.
• Ability to manage calendars, meetings, and travel across time zones.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Discretion with board, donor, and financial information.
• Comfort with presentations and cross-department coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for the Board of Trustees and committees.
• Maintain the Producing Director’s calendar and coordinate travel.
• Prepare materials for leadership meetings and track expenses.
• Draft correspondence for leadership and board invitations.
• Support season planning and production-related scheduling.
