Resilient Health in Tucson, AZ seeks an Artistic Behavioral Health Specialist to provide behavioral health services and teach art in our Art Awakenings program.

This BHT role focuses on psycho-social rehabilitation within a supportive art studio, delivering assessments, planning, education, and crisis support as needed to adults and youth. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to resilience and growth.

Qualifications

• BHT required, must be 21 years old.
• Education options include HS diploma, associates, certificates or degrees.
• Valid driver's license and CPR/First Aid within 30 days of hire.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Three-year MVR driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Provide psycho-social rehabilitation services using expressive arts to adults and/or youth with mental health needs.
• Lead therapeutic art groups.
• Complete intakes and updated assessments with participants and families.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with participants and families.
• Assist participants in identifying realistic treatment goals.
• Oversee health, safety, and welfare of participants in the program.
• Maintain relationships with community agencies and case managers.
• Participate in clinical staffing and service planning sessions.
• Maintain participant records per agency standards.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
