Job summary

Rimas Entertainment LLC in San Juan, Puerto Rico, is seeking an Artist Relations Project Manager to lead all aspects of artist releases, from planning and budgeting to cross-department execution.

You will coordinate marketing plans, timelines, assets, and supplier communications while ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. Fluency in English and Spanish, strong project management, and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising.
• Minimum three years of experience in a related area.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong written and verbal English and Spanish.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage artist new releases and music plans and budgets.
• Manage a roster of priority label clients.
• Oversee new release planning and execution across teams.
• Communicate artist vision to internal teams and manage release tasks.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Media & Creative, PR, Partnerships, Legal, Finance to align processes and deliverables.
• Monitor KPIs post-release and compare to goals and previous releases.
