Job summary

Sticks Management is seeking an Artist & Label Relations Lead to connect artists, management, and label partners. You will own day-to-day project management for 2–3 artists, ensuring release strategies align with each artist’s brand and vision.

You’ll collaborate with label departments and DSPs, manage timelines, and coordinate with PR agencies when applicable. A high level of professionalism and industry knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in artist management, record labels, or music project coordination.
• Excellent project management skills; able to handle multiple timelines and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take project management lead on 2–3 artists.
• Maintain lockstep communication with artist managers and present plans to artists.
• Oversee music release plans, timelines, strategies, and execution with labels.
• Build and maintain relationships with label partners.
• Coordinate with Creative/Content, Streaming/Sales, Marketing, International, Media, etc.
