Job summary

River House Artists in Nashville is seeking a Day-to-Day Artist Manager to partner with artists and translate long-term strategies into daily execution. You will be the primary contact for assigned artists, coordinating campaigns, touring, marketing, and brand partnerships while working closely with senior management.

This hands-on role requires excellent communication, organization, and budget management, with a willingness to travel and work outside standard hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in artist management or related areas.
• Strong understanding of how managers, labels, agents, publishers, and touring teams work together.
• Excellent organization, detail‑orientation, and ability to manage multiple artists and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned artists and maintain clear communication.
• Work with senior management to develop and execute short- and long-term strategies for each artist.
• Maintain artist calendars, schedules, and project timelines with up-to-date information.
• Coordinate communication among artists, managers, agents, labels, publishers, attorneys, and partners.
• Manage the daily execution of campaigns (single, EP, album) including timelines, assets, and approvals.
• Collaborate with label, marketing, digital, publicity, radio, and creative teams to align campaigns with artist vision.
• Organize and distribute music assets, artwork, and press materials.
• Coordinate recording sessions, rehearsals, shoots, appearances, and events.
• Support touring by coordinating with agents, promoters, and production teams.
• Prepare itineraries, meeting agendas, and project recaps; provide regular status updates.
• Maintain organized digital records and confidential information with discretion.
• Represent River House Artists professionally in all interactions; travel as needed.
