Job summary

Florida Repertory Theatre seeks a detail-oriented Company Manager to lead the Company Management office in Fort Myers. The role coordinates housing, travel, contracting, and on-site support for visiting artists and seasonal staff, working closely with leadership to ensure a welcoming in-residence experience.

This full-time position requires organizing, problem solving, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple schedules, priorities, and deadlines.
Experience coordinating logistics, travel, hospitality, customer service, administration, or related operations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a hospitality-focused environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

Oversee company housing across multiple properties and manage documentation, furnishings, and upkeep.
Coordinate travel, housing, and transportation for visiting artists and seasonal staff.
Prepare and distribute hiring paperwork and union contracts for relevant unions.
Maintain housing inventory, vehicles, and the Theatre’s library of scripts and scores.
Track expenditures and prepare monthly reports for the Business Office.
