Job summary

Cesna Recruitment is seeking a Training & Development Program Manager to oversee a comprehensive training program for its next global group. You will coordinate trainee development across vocal, dance, performance, music, wellness, and education, collaborating with Creative, Casting, A&R, instructors, and project leadership to support growth and readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in artist development or training program management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends and travel as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an integrated training and development program aligned with project creative direction and debut timeline.
• Coordinate training schedules across vocal, dance, performance, language, fitness, music, and other areas.
• Identify, onboard, and manage instructors, coaches, studios, and training partners.
• Establish development plans and measurable progress benchmarks for each trainee.
• Monitor trainee progress through evaluations and performance assessments.
• Organize trainee evaluations, workshops, and development camps.
• Maintain records of attendance, evaluations, and progress.
• Manage training facilities, schedules, vendors, and budgets.
• Serve as primary contact for trainees, parents, instructors, and stakeholders.
• Identify development concerns and escalate to project leadership.
