Fresh Baguette is a fast-growing artisanal bakery serving high-quality breads, pastries, and croissants across the DMV. We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee a bakery café location, lead teams, and drive exceptional customer experiences, sales, and operations.

This full-time, salaried role rewards leadership with a base salary between $70,000 and $80,000 plus performance-based bonus totaling $10,000–$20,000 per year, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience in hospitality, food service, or retail.

Responsibilities

• Own bakery’s overall performance including sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team culture.
• Proactively identify and resolve challenges for smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment reflecting Fresh Baguette’s standards.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to grow in their roles.
• Drive local marketing, community engagement, and business development to grow sales.
