Shinola is seeking a Retail Watch Technician (Artisan) to perform watch repairs and engraving, handling servicing logistics and customer interactions in the Chicago area. You will coordinate with stores and corporate partners to ensure high standards and timely service, while maintaining accurate data in Salesforce and supporting the guest experience.
