Shinola is seeking a Retail Watch Technician (Artisan) to perform repairs and engravings on Shinola watches and jewelry. You will manage shipping, data capture in Salesforce, and maintain proactive communication with stores and partners to uphold quality standards.

You should be comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a focus on accuracy, speed, and customer care in a high-change retail environment.
