The Watch Technician provides repair and engraving services to a variety of Shinola products. Technicians are responsible for the handling and shipping of serviced watches and jewelry, customer care, and data capture through Salesforce. The Artisan maintains active communication with the stores they service and acts as an intermediary for corporate partners to ensure repair and engraving best practices enhance the retail guest experience.
