Qualifications

• Experience in food service, sandwich making, or deli environments.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one on hire.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, made-to-order sandwiches according to customer specifications and company recipes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sandwich prep station.
• Slice meats, cheeses, and vegetables to order while following proper food safety protocols.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service at the counter.
• Monitor ingredient freshness and communicate low stock levels to management.
• Follow all food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
