Snarf's Sandwiches in Boulder, CO is seeking a Sandwich Maker to join our fast-paced, customer-centric team. You will prepare, assemble, and serve sandwiches and salads, greet guests, handle orders and payments, and assist customers with app-based rewards while upholding strict food-safety standards.

Experience in food service is preferred; familiarity with POS systems is a plus. The role offers flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the culinary or food industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches and salads per recipes and guidelines.
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
• Take accurate orders, handle cash transactions, and process payments.
• Navigate the Snarf's app to assist customers with points or purchase questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment.
• Answer phone calls, take to-go orders, and promote menu items.
• Adhere to food safety protocols and proper handling of ingredients.
• Demonstrate basic math for order accuracy and cash handling.
• Be flexible with part-time (minimum 14 hours) and full-time (minimum 30 hours) shifts, including weekends and holidays.
