The Chefs' Warehouse in Jessup, MD is seeking a Production Cutter to prepare specialty meat cuts efficiently to meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities include staging, cutting, weighing, and maintaining a clean work area while following HACCP and GMP guidelines. Prior meat-cutting or food production experience is helpful in joining our team dedicated to quality ingredients and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-6 months of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Select products from pick tickets and stage for production
• Cut product to meet customer specifications
• Transport finished product to packaging line
• Weigh product to ensure compliance with specifications
• Replenish stock as needed
• Maintain work area clean and orderly
• Report any damage to management
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Follow HACCP, OSHA & GMP guidelines
