Job summary

Kettle Cuisine is seeking a Machine Operator Filling at our Everett, WA facility. You will operate and troubleshoot filling machines, perform setup, and monitor quality metrics to ensure safe, efficient production.

The role requires adherence to sanitation standards and teamwork to meet daily targets. Ideal candidates have basic manufacturing experience, are reliable, and can work overtime or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Overtime and weekend availability required.
• Experience with machine operation or control panels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operates and troubleshoots filling machines, performs setup and quality checks.
• Tracks weight and waste, maintains sanitation of equipment.
• Delivers residuals to main line and supports other departments as needed.
• Trains peers and temporary workers on processes and machine operation.
• Ensures downtime is logged with clear explanations and documents data sheets.
