ShopRite of Manahawkin is hiring a Cake Decorator (Saker NJ) to support the Bakery Manager with baking, dough mixing, icing, packaging, and decorating of pastry items. You will help keep the department clean, safe, and visually appealing while delivering great customer experiences.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, and adherence to recipe and QA standards. Training emphasizes safety, friendliness, and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English.
• Ability to assist the Bakery Manager.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift 25 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe work environment.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Follow recipes and maintain QA standards for bakery items.
• Prepare trays and ensure accurate signage.
• Rotate merchandise and monitor stock levels weekly.
• Perform duties in accordance with safety policies and health regulations.
