Responsibilities

• Assemble, fill, and finish/decorate cakes, tarts, and special-order items.
• Build, ice, and decorate cakes following standard procedures and manage production records.
• Prioritize production lists and adjust as needed.
• Merchandise products and maintain display presentation.
• Provide guidance for apprentices and team members.
• Create special order cake designs per customer preferences.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries promptly.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work and display area; ensure proper signage and pricing.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
