• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify and address quality-related issues.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct routine inspections of baked goods to ensure they meet visual, taste, texture, and overall quality standards.
• Collaborate with bakers and production staff to address quality concerns and provide immediate feedback for improvements.
• Check incoming ingredients for freshness, quality, and adherence to specifications before use.
• Verify that the baking process follows established recipes and procedures accurately. Monitor temperature, baking time and equipment settings to ensure consistent product quality.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Conduct regular hygiene and sanitation inspections of equipment, workspaces, and personnel. Ensure that all employees follow proper food handling, personal hygiene, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with bakery team members to educate them on quality control best practices.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
