Job summary

Sixteen Bricks in Cincinnati is seeking production mixing staff to prepare dough for a variety of products by following formulas and using bakery equipment safely. Responsibilities include following GMP and Food Safety guidelines, recording times, temperatures and lot numbers, and communicating with team to maintain production schedules; you may help in other areas as needed.

The role is full-time, non-exempt, with hourly pay based on experience and availability for early morning and afternoon

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong math and basic counting skills.
• Able to follow GMP and Food Safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Follow formulas, mixing times, temperatures, and pH as directed by the supervisor.
• Record data such as times, temperatures, lot numbers and environmental information.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and comply with food safety standards.
• Communicate with team to maintain production schedules and assist as needed.
• Assist in other areas of the production line as required.
