Invited ClubS in San Diego is seeking a Bread Baker and Prep Assistant to bake laminated pastries, quick breads, scones, and cookies for the café and wholesale clients, including the San Diego Symphony during the Fall-to-Spring season.

This role requires proofing and baking laminated pastries, artisan bread with a focus on sourdough, starter maintenance, fermentation, shaping, and baking techniques. The incumbent must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Competenze

Proven ability to communicate clearly with team and guests.
Experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally.
Food Handler Certification as required by local regulations.

Mansioni

Set up, execute daily prep tasks, and organize workstation.
Prepare and store all food items required for your station to Invited standards.
Bake high-quality sourdough breads with consistent flavor and texture.
Receive and store goods purchased by kitchen as requested.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and kitchen.
