Qualifications

• Previous commercial baking experience with artisan breads and/or pastry.
• Early morning shifts; weekend availability may be required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix ingredients to shape breads, rolls, and desserts.
• Weigh materials to ensure correct quantities.
• Cut and mold dough for uniform portions and appearance.
• Ensure correct batch quantities and proper storage of utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Ensure baking equipment is cleaned and maintained; comply with safety standards.
