Job summary

Deschutes Brewery Bend Public House seeks an enthusiastic part-time Baker to craft handmade breads, crackers, and rolls in a fast-paced kitchen. The ideal candidate brings passion for quality, strong teamwork, and a can-do attitude, with the ability to work early morning shifts.

Experience with artisan breads or pastry is required. Applicants should be flexible with days and hours, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial baking experience with artisan breads and/or pastry is required.
• This is a part-time position with weekend availability; shifts may vary.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix ingredients to shape breads, rolls, and desserts.
• Weigh materials to ensure correct quantities.
• Pipe and mold dough for uniform portions and appearance.
• Maintain storage and cleanliness of baking utensils and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation.
