Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace in Morris Plains, NJ is seeking an experienced Bread Baker to craft gourmet breads and traditional Italian loaves, following production schedules to keep the bakery stocked with fresh goods and delivering delightful aromas to customers.

The ideal candidate has a HS Diploma or equivalent, prior bread or pizza baking experience, knowledge of different breads and baking styles, and strong English communication. This is a full-time on-site role with benefits.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior Bread Baker or Pizza Maker experience.
• Knowledge of different breads, shapes, and baking styles.
• Ability to stand and move around for the full shift.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare gourmet breads, rolls and traditional Italian baked breads using our gourmet recipes.
• Follow production schedules to keep the bakery stocked with fresh goods.
• Measure, mix, knead, and shape dough into loaves, rolls, and specialty creations.
• Keep ovens at just the right temperature for that perfect bake.
• Work as part of a team, while serving up smiles to our customers.
