Qualifikationen

• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages.
• Basic mathematical skills for operating a cash register and handling cash.
• Proficiency in writing English for requisitions, balance sheets and vouchers.
• Dexterity to handle garnishes, glassware, ice and stock.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English to communicate with guests.
• Ability to remember and promote a variety of menu items.
• Operate keyboard and POS to pre-check orders and close checks.
• Ability to stand in confined spaces for long periods.
• 1-2 years of bartending experience required.
• Licenses: government required license or certificate; CPR/First Aid preferred; Bartending certificate; TIPS certification.
