Eurest at Capital One Cafe in Cincinnati is hiring a part-time Barista to craft espresso drinks and related menu items. You will interact with customers, take orders, and maintain a clean, welcoming service area.

The role requires barista, hospitality and customer service experience; training will cover POS operations and basic HACCP guidelines. This position offers flexible days and hours with pay ranging from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders accurately into POS device; accepts cash and charge payments.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Greets customers courteously and interacts to ensure customer satisfaction.
