Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One year of experience in a full-service coffee shop with hands-on experience using professional coffee machines.
• State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or ability to gain access to work site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and sell coffee drinks following prescribed recipes and techniques.
• Sell coffee and equipment by explaining differences in beans and machines; demonstrate operation of brewing equipment.
• Greet customers, determine needs, educate about menu, and attract new customers to increase revenue.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking of café areas and inventory of food items and disposables.
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by following sanitation regulations and company standards.
