Responsibilities

• Produces quality breads and pastries.
• Produces doughs, mixes, cakes, cookies, breakfast pastries, pies, and bars.
• Bakes, cools, wraps, and labels products.
• Stocks dry products.
• Develops new recipes and production techniques for seasonal variance and productivity.
• Trains production personnel to industry standards.
• Performs production planning and forecasting for events and holidays.
• Maintains all production modules in the Datapax system.
• Arrives on time, groomed, and ready to work; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling; answers phones politely.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, merchandising.
• Follows procedures including health, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work environment; maintains equipment per standards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
