Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and production lists to ensure high-quality bakery items.
• Adhere to Health Department guidelines and sanitation practices; maintain cleanliness.
• Provide excellent guest service, assist guests, and take special orders.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper assortment for early mornings and evenings.
• Maintain food safety logs and meet quality standards by set times.
• Collaborate with Bakery team to meet department goals and support a positive team.
• Maintain attendance and give notice for absences as required.
• Support other duties as assigned.
