Festival Foods in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking a Baker to join our bakery team. You’ll craft high-quality pastries and bread, support guests with friendly service, and help maintain hospitality for special events and daily needs.

The Baker works mornings to weekends and reports to the Bakery Department Manager. We emphasize teamwork, safety, and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer focus: greet guests and assist with questions.
• Effective problem-solving in a dynamic work environment.
• Safety awareness and compliance with sanitation practices.
• Knowledge of grocery/retail food business operations.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and production lists to ensure high-quality bakery items.
• Adhere to Health Department guidelines and sanitation practices.
• Provide excellent guest service and assist with special orders.
• Monitor stock levels and production needs, especially early mornings/evenings.
• Maintain food safety logs and meet quality standards by 10 am and 5 pm daily.
• Collaborate with Bakery team to meet department goals and schedules.
• Attend shifts consistently and arrange replacements when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
