Festival Foods in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Baker-AM with weekend availability to join our bakery team. The role reports to the Bakery Department Manager and focuses on crafting high-quality bakery items and providing exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include following recipes, ensuring product freshness, maintaining safety standards, assisting guests, and supporting the Bakery team. Schedule includes early mornings, weekends, and holidays; compensation aligns with part-time bakery

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and production lists precisely to ensure high-quality bakery items; monitor dates and freshness and report shrinkage.
• Adhere to Health Department guidelines and Festival sanitation practices; maintain cleanliness in prep areas and storage.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests; assist with finding items, taking special orders, and addressing concerns.
• Keep an eye on stock levels and service floor needs, ensuring proper assortment and production for early mornings and evenings.
• Maintain food safety logs and ensure quality standards are met by required times.
• Work closely with Bakery team to meet department goals and support a positive environment.
• Regular, timely attendance and notice to arrange replacements for absences.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
