Synechron, a global consulting firm, is seeking an experienced AI Architect (Microsoft AI & Automation) in Piscataway, NJ to design and govern enterprise AI solutions. You will drive architecture standards, governance, security, and documentation while guiding cross-functional teams on implementation.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within New Jersey $145k - $148k/year & benefits (see below).

AI Architect (Microsoft AI & Automation)

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced AI Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise AI and automation solutions leveraging Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Lyzr, and Power Platform. The role will be responsible for establishing AI architecture standards, governance frameworks, security best practices, and solution documentation while guiding development teams through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design enterprise AI and GenAI solutions.
• Lead development of AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Lyzr.
• Establish AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks.
• Develop architecture standards, reference models, and technical documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technology experience with 5+ years in AI/GenAI architecture.
• Lyzr
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Strong understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance.
