Synechron is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer in Piscataway, NJ to oversee AI and GenAI delivery initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage delivery plans, and ensure timely, high-quality AI solutions for clients.

The role requires 8+ years in program delivery as an Engineering Leader, 3+ years leading AI programs, strong stakeholder management, and familiarity with Microsoft AI tools. You will contribute to governance and value realization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program/project delivery experience as an Engineering Leader, with 3+ years leading AI initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI solutions, Microsoft AI ecosystem, and AI governance.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent AI projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Agile delivery methodologies.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within New Jersey $125k - 130K/ year & benefits (see below).

Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Piscataway, NJ

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced AI Delivery Lead to oversee the successful execution of multiple AI and GenAI initiatives. The role will manage day-to-day delivery activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of AI solutions.
