I’m working with a top systematic trading firm on a confidential ML research hire. There’s more I can share in conversation, but the brief is to push beyond traditional quant methods and turn original ML research into live alpha.

You’d own the work from idea to deployment, with direct P&L participation. Ideally, you have 2–5 years of applied ML experience, strong Python skills, and a track record of finding signals that hold up beyond a backtest.

$450K base, expected $1M–$2M total comp, including sign-on and performance bonuses. They can accommodate non-competes up to 12 months for exceptional candidates.
