Job summary

MarketOnce is seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer to deliver end-to-end AI solutions using Agentic AI frameworks and GenAI technologies. The role requires consultative skills, technical expertise, and the ability to identify high-impact use cases with clear business benefits while building scalable AI systems.

You will design architectures, integrate LLMs and multimodal models, and work with product teams to translate requirements into technical features.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Agentic AI frameworks (Claude, OpenAI).
• Hands-on Generative AI experience: LLMs, prompts, fine-tuning.
• Proficient in Python; familiarity with DL/NLP libraries.
• Experience building retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
• Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI).
• Understanding of MLOps and deployment pipelines.
• Ability to articulate business value and drive client conversations.
• Experience building custom solutions and plugins using Claude.
• Experience implementing RAG using Azure AI Search and OneLake/Microsoft Fabric.

Responsibilities

• Design prompt templates and implement retrieval strategies to increase answer precision and factuality.

• Participate in error analysis, iterative model improvement, and performance tuning.
• Document code and workflows clearly; follow best practices for reproducibility and code quality.
• Engage with clients to identify high-value AI use cases and define business benefits.
• Conduct workshops and assessments to align AI strategies with organizational goals.
• Provide thought leadership on AI adoption and emerging trends.
• Develop reusable frameworks and accelerators for Agentic AI and GenAI.
• Ensure compliance with AI ethics, security, and governance standards.
• Stay ahead of industry developments in Agentic AI, autonomous agents, and LLM ecosystems.
• Orchestrate complex multi-agent workflows to handle tasks requiring planning, reasoning, and tool use.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience building custom solutions and plugins using Claude
• Experience implementing RAG using Azure AI Search (vector, semantic, and hybrid search) and OneLake/Microsoft Fabric

• Competitive base salary: $140,000-$175,000/year

What to Expect:

• 1st Round: 30-45 minute interview with the Recruiter
• 2nd Round: 45-minute interview with the Hiring Manager
• 3rd Round: 2 hours of onsite interviews with the Hiring Team

Please note that we are fully onsite work environment, and require daily presence at our LoDo/Union Station office. We are not considering remote, hybrid, or out-of-area candidates, and do not work with outside recruiting agencies.
