Motion Recruitment in Charlotte, NC seeks an Agentic AI Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain AI-powered agents and multi-agent systems that automate complex enterprise workflows and integrate with CRM/EMR systems.

You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver production-ready, HIPAA-aware solutions using LLM frameworks, RAG architectures, and cloud services in a hands-on, impact-focused role.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of software engineering experience.
• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents using LLMs and agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Develop multi-agent workflows for enterprise use cases including insurance reconciliation, clinical record summarization, and procurement automation.
• Implement reasoning, planning, memory, and tool-use capabilities within agent systems.
• Connect agents to enterprise systems including CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), EMR systems, internal APIs, databases, and SaaS applications.
• Build RAG solutions using company knowledge bases.
• Implement HIPAA-aware development practices including RBAC, audit logging, least-privilege tool access, and prompt-injection defense.
• Monitor agent performance, reliability, and cost; build evaluation and observability frameworks.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI-driven workflows with input from business stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers on agentic AI development practices.

We're currently seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered agents and multi-agent systems that automate business processes, integrate with enterprise applications, and execute complex workflows with minimal human intervention. This role works closely with business stakeholders and product teams to create production-ready agentic solutions using modern LLM frameworks, RAG architectures, and enterprise integrations. HIPAA awareness and data security are core to this role.
