MarketOnce, based in Denver, Colorado, seeks an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer to deliver end-to-end Agentic AI and GenAI solutions for enterprise workflows on-site in downtown Denver.

You will design architectures, build retrieval-augmented pipelines, and collaborate with product managers to translate user needs into scalable AI features, while ensuring ethics, security, and governance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end AI solutions for enterprise workflows.
• Ability to translate user needs into technical features and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and generative models.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Agentic AI architectures for enterprise workflows.
• Deliver end-to-end AI solutions from ideation to production deployment.
• Design prompt templates and retrieval strategies to improve accuracy and factuality.
• Assist in creating data pipelines for training and testing, including annotation and evaluation tooling.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into features.
• Conduct model improvement, performance tuning, and error analysis.
• Document code and workflows for reproducibility and quality.
• Engage with clients to identify high-value AI use cases and define business benefits.
• Conduct workshops to align AI strategies with goals.
