Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in an allied therapy program and licensure in the state of employment.
• Preferred: Master's degree in an allied therapy program.
• Maintains CPR and de-escalation training; licensure must be active within 6 months of hire.
• Experience in healthcare setting required; 1 year in behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers artistic therapy services and collaborates with CTRS and Director of Clinical Services.
• Develops, implements and evaluates a comprehensive artistic therapy program.
• Ensures safety and maintains documentation to support patient care and CQI.
