You’ll work with clients, support new business pitches, and balance multiple workstreams while maintaining team morale and delivering creative solutions.

You are an expert with brands and regulation knowledge, able to present ideas clearly and drive impactful campaigns across print and digital media.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of industry/agency experience with ability to mentor new copy hires, associate copywriters, or interns.
• Strong communication skills, including ability to present internally/externally.
• Experience building strong client relationships.
• Interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work within appropriate software programs: Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• Goes above and beyond the job description and has the willingness to be flexible for the team, agency, and ultimately the work.

Responsibilities

• Manages directs reports and works independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects.
• Articulates a clear direction to art partners, direct reports, or junior staff.
• Possesses expert knowledge of the science to use it innovatively.
• Master’s nuances of the work and shows ability to think on feet; produces a breadth of fresh, strategic concepts.
• Able to create using all forms of media (print, digital, etc) from conception to completion.
• Evaluates work without imposing own style, emphasizing overall team success.
• Ensures quality; able to approve work for client presentations.
• Provides feedback on timelines and job processes with an eye toward resourcing for the overall workload.
