Job summary

The Center for Creative Works - RHD in Pennsylvania is seeking a Community Inclusion Specialist for their Progressive Art Studio program. Qualifications

• Experience in or significant knowledge of the arts and local arts community preferred.
• One year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Escort, supervise and oversee groups of up to three participants into the community.
• Meet the basic needs of participants, including medication administration.
• Implement Individual Support Plans and behavior plans as needed.

Skills

Experience in or significant knowledge of the arts

Basic computer skills using Microsoft products

Experience working with people with developmental disabilities

Education

High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
