Job summary

Blick Art Materials is seeking a Retail Store Sales Associate to help deliver outstanding customer service, drive revenue through product knowledge, and maintain store standards. You will support signing, pricing, merchandising, POS operations, and loss prevention while following all company policies.

Responsibilities include assisting customers at the Custom Services desk, responding to requests, and contributing to a positive and energetic store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team.
• Familiarity with art materials and in-store merchandising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with product knowledge.
• Support merchandising, signing, pricing, and store presentation.
• Operate the POS and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist in loss prevention and inventory control per policy.
• Coordinate with the team to maintain clean, organized aisles and displays.
