• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service by combining sales, product knowledge, and other skills training to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Provide customer service at the Custom Services desk including making appointments, consulting on Custom Services projects, taking orders, and delivering completed Custom Services orders in store.
• Assist in merchandising and maintaining store visuals according to management directions.
• Report low stock levels, inventory discrepancies, and customer product requests to management as needed.
