Job summary

One River School of Art + Design is seeking a part-time Customer Service and Membership Services Representative to support new student acquisition and member services at our Hartsdale location.

The role offers weekday afternoons/evenings, weekend daytime hours, and 10-20 hours per week. You will answer inquiries, onboard students, check-in members, conduct tours, and help manage enrollment and class schedules while delivering friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• 1+ year of administrative experience preferred.
• Familiar with G-Suite (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Forms).
• Able to work weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone inquiries from current and prospective members.
• Assist with opening/closing of the school.
• Onboard new students and check-in members to classes.
• Conduct tours for prospective members.
• Support class makeup calendar management.
