Qualifications

• Thoughtful communication skills.
• Detail oriented, self-starter, well organized.
• Some weekend availability required.
• 1+ years customer service experience.
• 1+ years admin experience preferred.
• Familiar with G-Suite (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Forms).
• Familiar with Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiar with Facebook/Instagram/local blogs.

Responsibilities

• Answer all phone inquiries from current and prospective members.
• Support in opening/closing of the school.
• Onboard new students and check-in members to classes.
• Conduct tours for prospective members.
• Assist Education Coordinator with class makeup calendar in Calendly.
• Foster strong connections with members and ensure high customer service.
• Ensure students are picked up by parents/guardians after class.
• Reach out to guardians if a student is dismissed from class.
• Assist with enrollments, cancellations, freezes, and class switches.
• Assist instructors and staff with customer service, enrollment, design, marketing.
