Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking an Original Art Coordinator, Artist Partnerships to drive the execution and growth of the Original Art Program. This role owns the management of artist partnerships and commissioned artwork across multiple programs annually, working with high-value artists and licensor partners to deliver premium creative product.

The Coordinator serves as a primary liaison between Fanatics Collectibles, licensors, and artists, directing creative alignment and managing artist

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in art coordination, creative project management, or artist relations.
• Strong understanding of art fundamentals, color theory, and composition.
• Passionate about collectibles and visual culture across entertainment and sports.
• Knowledgeable about film, comics, the entertainment industry, pop culture, and sports.
• Proven ability to manage multiple artists and tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and handling confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Own original art programs end to end across multiple concurrent programs.
• Serve as liaison between Fanatics Collectibles, licensors, and artists.
• Curate artists whose style aligns with brand and program needs.
• Direct creative briefs and ensure artistic execution meets standards.
• Own artist partnerships and manage timelines and artwork progress.
• Track program budgets and coordinate with AP, Legal, and Vendor Support.
• Drive onboarding, contracting, and licensor compliance workflows.
• Represent Fanatics Collectibles at industry events when needed.
