Job Location: Work from Home - Trevose, PA

Salary Range: $18.00 - $24.84 Hourly

Travel Percentage: None

Job Shift: First Shift

Description

• Produce labels for the production floor, operating label machinery.
• Order and receive heat transfers (bonds) from vendors.
• Interact with vendors, forming partnerships to ensure deadlines are met and issues are resolved.

• Manipulate art using Adobe Illustrator.
• Resolve and communicate deadline delays.
• Manage emails in a timely fashion.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
• Meet or exceed targets for email and call handling quotas.

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Use telephones to reach out to internal and external customers.
• Cross-train in all art roles and act as a backup for other team members.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in production art or related field.
• Novice level skills using Illustrator.
• Mac experience is a plus.

• Knowledge of commonly used business concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Self-starter who can rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform independently.
• Ability and confidence to exercise sound judgment to ensure excellent service and high customer satisfaction.
• Managing deadlines for production success and customer expectations.
• Organize third-party vendors to deliver elements that can’t be produced in-house.

• Oversee the delivery of projects and adjust as necessary to meet specifications and standards.
• Attention to detail to ensure all specifications are met.
